The Retreat floorplan is one of our featured townhome plans in our Southside community of Wells Creek. This two-story floorplan features all your main living and entertaining areas on the first floor, and all bedrooms, including the master, on the second floor. With this oversized foyer, it leads to a complete open first floor layout of the great room, including the kitchen, living and dining room all combined, with a patio door to access your covered lanai on the back.

Directions

From I-95, take exit 9B and head north until you reach US1 South. Head south on US1 for approximately 1 mile and the community is on the left side. Take the main entrance road all the way to the back.
