This home is right fully named E Komo Mai. In Hawaii E Komo Mai means come in and welcome with a feeling of belonging, coming together and a sense of community.
Generation Homes could not be prouder to present our most recent custom design build home for wonderfully kind and generous owners who planned this design for family vacations and gatherings. From the first design meeting to the final meeting when we hand over the keys the sense of community and coming together as a team to build what the owners have in mind is of the most important to everyone.
This three story home designed by Rob Florez offers a third floor gathering space with living room, kitchen, two dining spaces and porches facing to the south and north. Both the porches and the roof top deck offer expansive views east to the ocean and west for sunsets. What better place could there be to gather with family and friends.
The five light and airy ensuite bedrooms have king size beds and showered baths. On the first floor there is a second gathering room off the pool with a bunk bed niche’ for the children or young adults to have their own special space.
At the end of the day relax on the rooftop deck for sunsets or fireworks over the city of St. Augustine Beach. This home is a magical place for a sense of belonging in this Generation Legacy Home.

Directions

take US-1 south of the City of St. Augustine 1.7 miles; Follow signs for the Beach
Turn left on SR-312 towards St. Augustine Beach
Once you across the SR-312 Bridge continue straight 4.4 miles to A1A Beach Blvd.
Turn left on Fifth Street and we are the first house on the left.

The parking is public along Fifth street on the south side, you can park on the lot next door or on the driveway as allowed
