A Northeast Florida tradition for over 65 years, the Parade of Homes offers a guide to living in the First Coast. It’s a one-of-a-kind showcase of new homes located from Fernandina to St. Augustine and everywhere in between.

This event is open to the general public. Come experience new homes in the most sought-after neighborhoods in North Florida and see the latest in innovation and design from the area’s leading builders.

The Parade of Homes is designed to give you the ability to easily tour model homes located in popular communities across Northeast Florida. We work with premiere homebuilders to ensure model homes are available for you to visit at your convenience. With no appointments and no real estate agents needed, you can pick and choose which homes you want to see and when.
