How to Enter
Participating in the Parade of Homes 2025 not only gives you the chance to explore stunning model homes—it also enters you for a chance to win the ultimate outdoor living package! And the best part? The entire event is FREE!
To enter:
- Visit any model home featured in the Parade of Homes between March 29, 2025, and April 6, 2025
- Complete the official entry form at the home you visit
- One entry per person
Prize Details
One lucky winner will receive a semi-custom outdoor living package that includes:
- Summer Kitchen – Up to 84” long, featuring a 32” grill and 24” fridge
- Wood-Burning Fire Pit – A cozy centerpiece for outdoor gatherings
- Paver Patio – Up to 300 sq. ft. of Belgard standard pavers installed over an existing lanai or as an extension (leveling block not included)
- Custom Finishes – Choose from a selection of standard exterior finishes with a 3cm level 1 granite countertop
The winner will be contacted by Construction Specialties for a site visit to confirm installation feasibility. Utility supply and connections must be provided by the winner.
Eligibility & Rules
- Must be 18 years or older to enter
- Entries must be submitted between March 29, 2025 – April 6, 2025
- One entry per person
- Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted for cash
- Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize
- By entering, winners agree to be photographed and/or videotaped for promotional purposes

- Entries are subject to verification – incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified
- Site must conform to manufacturer specifications for installation
- The Parade of Homes organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time
