Directions

Heading north on I-95 from downtown Jacksonville, get off on Exit 373 for FL-200/FL-A1A toward Callahan/Fernandina Beach and Slight right onto the ramp to Yulee/Amelia Island/Fernandina Bch. Merge onto FL-200/Florida A1A S/State Rd 200/The Buccaneer Trail for 6 miles. Turn right onto Amelia Concourse then turn right into Concourse Crossing 3 miles down on the right. The Captiva model home is the second home on the right of the entrance, with parking lot on the left.
