The Colina is a 1-story home with 2,612 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms & 3.5 baths. A gracious entry welcomes visitors into the foyer and flex room which can double as a home office. Two secondary bedrooms share a jack-and- jill bathroom in a private wing at the front of the home. The gathering room and dining room are both adjacent to the kitchen with views to the outside covered lanai. A large master suite with an elegant ensuite bath has a gracious walk-in closet. Finally, an optional cabana and pool bath at rear of the home is accessible from the grilling porch for additional living area or a semi-private guest suite or studio.

Directions

Head south on US1 (Dixie Hwy) toward the Northeast Florida Regional (St. Augustine) Airport. Approximately 2 miles south of the airport you will pass the stop light at the intersection of Lewis Speedway and begin looking for Madeira on the Left. After entering Madeira and driving past the guard house, take the third left into the Estuary at Madeira and the Colina is the first home on the right.
