The Retreat floorplan is a one of our featured townhome
floorplans in our newest Southside community Wells Creek. This
two-story floorplan features all your main living and entertaining
areas on the first floor, and all bedrooms including the master on the
second floor. The laundry room is also featured on the second floor,
maintaining all bedroom and bathroom needs separate from the first
floor. With an oversized foyer, it leads to a complete open first floor
layout of the great room including the kitchen, living and dining room
all combined, with a patio door to access your lanai in the back.

Directions

From I-95 S, take Exit 9B North until
you reach the exit for US-1 South. Head south
on US-1 for approximately one mile and the
community is on the left side.
